Amy - Administrative Lead Technician
Amy has been working at VPPH since November 2017 in several different roles and is currently the Administrative Lead Technician. She has always been passionate about working with animals and grew up with dogs. She currently has two dogs, Lilith (German Shepherd mix), and Casper (Australian Shepherd), and three cats Tobi, Penny, and Felix. Her cats were all found as strays when they were kittens and raising them grew her love for taking care of animals even more. She believes every day at VPPH is an adventure. She enjoys the simple things – she loves to go camping and enjoy nature or also to stay home and watch movies or a good tv series.

Bryan - Technician
Bryan showed up in February 2022 for cheese pizza, chihuahuas, and helping all the puppies and kittens he could. He quickly developed his Technician skills and he takes pride in what he does every day. He looks forward to continuing to help as many fuzzy friends that he can. Bryan enjoys working out at the gym, Anime, and video games.

Kristin - Kennel/Technician Assistant
Kristin began working at VPPH in October 2022 as a Kennel Technician, went to college, and decided to return to VPPH in December 2023 to further her career in Veterinary Technology. She is currently going to school to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. She has lived in McKinney her whole life. She knew from a very young age that she wanted to work with animals and is so happy to be able to do that in the place she grew up. When not at work Kristin enjoys reading, watching movies, and playing with Appa, her Pekingese/Poodle mix. She also loves traveling and road trips!

Rachel - Receptionist
Rachel has been with VPPH since May 2022 and her bubbly personality keeps VPPH’s front office moving. She was born and raised in Texas and graduated from Mckinney North High School. She has four dogs and one cat. Their names are Lola (Shih Tzu), Bella (German Shepherd), Rosie (Chihuahua mix), Odie (Pekingese/Poodle mix), and Moe the cat. She loves working with animals and knew that she wanted to work in the Veterinary field since she was little. When she is not at work either she stays at home with her pets or enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys reading and music in her free time.

Dee - Receptionist
Dee has been happily greeting clients since May 2021. She has lived in Texas for most of her life and she enjoys nature and animals. She has two yorkies (Brownie and Springy), and a cat (Boots), and of course the cat is The Boss, imagine that! She always loves reading and a good thunderstorm.

Shelby - Kennel Technician
Shelby has been caring for our patients since August 2023, and she has a passion to care for animals and help others. She was born, raised, and lives in McKinney, Texas and is a graduate from McKinney Boyd Highschool. Growing up, she always knew she wanted to work with animals. She is surrounded by her four loving fur-family members - her dog Clementine (German Shepherd Mix), and her cats Coraline (British Shorthair), Charlotte (Grey/White Tuxedo), and Carmella (Seal Point Siamese). Her hobbies include digital art, reading, writing, and spending time with friends.
